A really good boss is one listens when you talk about things that hurt your productivity and find ways to get those obstacles removed. Linda, Kate, and Terri were those kinds of people — probably still are. Sherri was a total disaster area — didn’t get things done, always had an excuse and got promoted. After I quit, I discovered that she really was screwing the big boss man. He eventually got divorced and they got married just before the baby was born and then he resigned. </p> <p>Guy type bosses have been all over the map for me. Now that we’re our own provider, we have no idea what to do with the killer breeder instinct. In my generation, girls didn’t have team sports like boys did. Hell, even Brownies compete for who can sell the most cookies. So, we never learned to work as a team. Men have it all over us there..</p> I think some women want to be the only tits at the table.
